CLAAS FARMPOINT Expands into North Dakota to Better Serve Farmers
At CLAAS FARMPOINT, our mission is simple: deliver exceptional support to farmers right where they are. That’s why we’re excited to announce our North Dakota expansion, furthering our commitment to providing a new standard of customer-focused ag support in rural communities.
With North Dakota leading the nation in wheat production, ranking second in alfalfa acreage, and placing among the top 10 states for corn and soybean output, it was a natural next step for expansion. Our newest territory includes eastern and central North Dakota, where we’ll now manage CLAAS equipment sales and service.
This move allows us to go beyond our previously available offerings. North Dakota growers will now have access to the full CLAAS product lineup, including our industry-leading combines, forage harvesters and tractors. It’s a comprehensive offering designed to meet the diverse and growing needs of this vital ag region.
We’ve already established atemporary location in Buffalo, N.D., to ensure farmers have immediate access to equipment, service, and support. Meanwhile, construction is underway on a permanent facility in the Jamestown area, as well as a second location in Devils Lake. Both are scheduled to open ahead of the 2025 fall harvest season.
We recognize the importance of supporting North Dakota producers with fast, reliable service and a full suite of high-performance machines tailored to their operations. The CLAAS FARMPOINT model is built around regional hubs supported by mobile service units, parts drop boxes, and a commitment to 24/7 in-season support. We believe this approach is not only more efficient — it’s essential to the success of today’s rural farmers.
We’re proud to bring the CLAAS FARMPOINT experience to North Dakota and look forward to growing strong relationships with local producers. This is more than an expansion—it’s a long-term investment in the people who feed the world.
To the farmers of North Dakota: we’re here, we’re ready and we’re committed to supporting your success—now and into the future.
