CLAAS FARMPOINT expands Iowa footprint

Across Iowa and southeastern South Dakota, something is taking root, and it’s not just crops. CLAAS FARMPOINT™ is expanding our footprint, investing in new locations, enhanced parts availability and stronger service support to better serve area farmers where and when they need it most. 

At the center of this effort is a major expansion of the parts warehouse in Le Mars, Iowa. With an additional 7,500 square feet of space to stock $4 million in parts inventory, the upgraded facility is designed to significantly improve access to critical components across the region. That means fewer delays, faster repairs and more uptime during the moments that matter most.  

But the expansion doesn’t stop there. 

A new FARMPOINT location in Atlantic, Iowa, is set to open by early June, bringing equipment expertise and local support directly into southwest Iowa. This expansion is paired with broader investments across the area, including additional parts storage solutions and service capabilities designed to support both new and existing customers.  

In addition to Iowa’s expansions, a new location in Mitchell, South Dakota, will further expand support across the region, helping serve customers with greater accessibility and responsiveness. 

The goal is simple but essential: ensure every customer knows where to turn for reliable service, knowledgeable support and readily available parts. 

Through a combination of new facilities, expanded inventory and increased service capacity, we’re closing availability and communication gaps that have challenged the region in the past.  

As agriculture continues to demand more precision and less downtime, these investments position CLAAS FARMPOINT as a stronger, more accessible partner for Iowa farmers. 

Because when equipment is ready, parts are on hand and support is close by, everything in the field runs a little smoother.
