Building stronger support across North Dakota and Minnesota

With demand for timely parts and service continuing to rise, CLAAS FARMPOINT is solidifying its support network in North Dakota, expanding its presence in the region, investing in new locations, increased service access and stronger parts support to better serve farmers.

The latest step forward: a permanent facility in Jamestown, North Dakota.

This new location will replace the temporary location previously in Buffalo, ND, and marks an important milestone in bringing support closer to the field. With operations beginning in early June, the Jamestown site will provide local access to parts, service expertise and dedicated customer support — helping reduce downtime during the moments that matter most.

By placing resources closer to where equipment is working, the goal is simple: faster response times, stronger relationships and more reliable support when it counts.

This commitment extends beyond North Dakota’s borders. Recent investments have also expanded support into northwest Minnesota, bringing parts access and dedicated service teams to the region. More details will be shared about support in this region as it becomes available.
