FARMPOINT in the spotlight at National Farm Machinery Show
National Farm Machinery Show is always a blast, and this year was no different! Our team always looks forward to connecting with current and future customers.
This year at the show, we had our CLAAS FARMPOINT service offerings on display as well as CLAAS machinery including XERION 12.500 and our 500,000th machine ever made – a LEXION 8600.
Learn about CLAAS Combines
LEXION combines began being assembled on U.S. soil 25 year ago and now over 9,000 combines have been assembled in Omaha, Nebraska, for the North American market.
Since then, the LEXION has been helping U.S. farmers protect their bottom line by saving time, fuel and money while boosting productivity thanks to its self-learning assistance systems, such as CEMOS AUTOMATIC.
“CLAAS has always been known for having the LEXION combine being probably one of the most advanced combines out there, definitely the most productive combine. For those who really want to maximize acres per hour, acres per day, that’s what the LEXION does,” says Jeff Gray, CLAAS Central Region Product Supervisor.
The TRION combine shares many of the same features as the LEXION, but is for farmers looking to optimize instead of maximize.
“We have a motto at CLAAS, ‘You can’t control quality, you have to produce it’,” added Gray.
At National Farm Machinery Show, Gray sat down with Cromwell Radio Group broadcaster Jeff Nalley to explore the full lineup of CLAAS combines. Listen here.
Learn about the XERION Tractor
The XERION 12 series was designed with U.S. farmers in mind. Introduced in 2023, the 12 series XERION models were designed with greater tractive power, comfort and operational assistance.
“We took a poll of American farmers and what they want out of a high horsepower tractor, and we put all of that together and created the XERION 12 series,” says Ryan Bass, CLAAS Territory Product Specialist.
The models include advanced features like low-speed drive concept 2.0 and CEMOS operator assistance system, as well as a new spacious cab with four-point suspension for enhanced comfort.
Bass also sat down with Nalley to dive into the XERION 12 series. Listen here.
CLAAS FARMPOINT: The Dealership For You
At traditional dealerships, the customer has to stop what they’re doing, fire up the pickup truck and go retrieve necessary parts. Or for major repairs, the customer has to bring their equipment to the dealership location – both result in a loss of valuable time.
“Where service and parts are needed is at the farm and with CLAAS FARMPOINT, that is what we do. FARMPOINT is not a location, it’s every one of our customers,” says Troy Shank, Sales and Marketing Manager.
Shank joined Nalley’s radio broadcast to talk about how CLAAS FARMPOINT can help farmers in western Kentucky, southern Indiana and other service areas.
